As a new client, once you schedule an appointment you should receive an emailed invitation to join our Client Portal. Please follow the directions to join the portal. There you will find the intake form to complete before your first session. Please read the instructions provided in the portal and complete the intake form online in the portal before your first appointment. Thank you.
If you have made an appointment and did not receive an invitation to the Client Portal, please call or email our Office Manager so she can resend the invitation.
Helpful Hint: The invitation to join the Client Portal is its own separate email and the subject line will clearly say it is to join the Client Portal. Other emails you may receive from us, such as a Welcome from your clinician or an appointment reminder, do not have any links within them to join or access the Client Portal.
