Practice Operations Director

Tammy Lynne Lepage, M.Ed. is the Practice Operations Director in charge of all non-clinical operations at Lepage Associates for all locations. She is responsible for the daily operations of the practice, to include: providing direct customer service BtoC and BtoB; clinical services contracting; ordering; technology and building management; hiring, training, and supervision of all non-clinical support staff; on-boarding all clinical and non-clinical staff; payroll tracking; coordination of several outside vendors; and assisting with billing, collections, and scheduling. Tammy also trains and provides oversight for all non-clinical practice director and managers. Tammy graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Honors Degree earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English, and also earned a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction. After many years as an educator, she worked in both personal and commercial insurance and ran a tutoring center, before moving into the arena of mental healthcare in 2016 to apply her broad skill set to group practice operations. An avid cook, Tammy also owns and operates a part-time personal chef business. All of her experiences to date have focused around helping others, so her goal here at Lepage Associates is to ensure that every client has a positive experience. In her spare time, she is most often cooking and spending time with family and friends. Tammy is the sister of Lepage Associates founder Dr. Tina Lepage.
