Tammy Lynne Lepage, M.Ed. is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in charge of all non-clinical operations at Lepage Associates. She is responsible for the daily operations of the practice, to include: training, overseeing and assisting the non-clinical practice Managers; Directors; training, management and supervision of all non-clinical support staff (i.e., all front desk operations); managing client customer service BtoC and BtoB; coordinating clinical and non-clinical service contracts; and ordering, technology management, and building management. Tammy graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Honors Degree earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in English. After many years as an educator, she also earned a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to teaching, she has worked in both personal and commercial insurance, run a tutoring center, and currently owns and operates a part-time personal chef business. All of her experiences to date have focused around helping others, so her goal here at Lepage Associates to is ensure that every client has a positive experience. In her spare time, she is most often cooking and spending time with family and friends. Tammy is the sister of Lepage Associates founder Dr. Tina Lepage.
