The focus is on empowerment, growth, and helping people to bring their best selves to bear in service of their goals, their relationships, and those around them.
Dr. Fischer’s approach to psychotherapy is eclectic. You may talk, gain insight, problem solve, or plan for action. It depends on the needs of the individual. When appropriate, you may also draw on Dr. Fischer’s background in alternative therapy methods using approaches such as Hypnotherapy (Clinical Hypnosis), EFT, meditation, energetics, and other mind-body techniques. Regardless of the approach used, the goal is to strive for clarity and work towards solutions that help people achieve their goals quickly and effectively. Dr. Fischer believes insight is interesting, but real change comes when he can help you put insight into action, solve problems, and do things differently.
