Ms. Anna Kull specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. She enjoys helping adolescents set and achieve their goals, develop self-compassion, and learn coping strategies. Anna has provided mental health services to teens experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, social isolation, learning difficulties, self-harming behavior, identity challenges, marginalization, and difficult to change behaviors such as substance use and lack of motivation. She works collaboratively with caregivers throughout the therapeutic process to share resources and provide strategies to assist with parenting during this developmental stage. Anna recognizes that seeking support takes strength and she strives to create a welcoming and safe environment. With a background in social justice advocacy, Anna is LGBTQIA+ friendly and incorporates an awareness of oppression and social justice into her work as relevant.
